Mykola Tomenko, the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced that the opposition has no intention to block the scrutiny of the bill "On Judicial System and Status of Judges" as the coalition fulfilled all requirements.
M. Tomenko stated that on the requirement of the opposition, the bills and draft resolution regarding the interests of the state in the case of claim of RosUkrEnergo to NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy were included into agenda. "Taking into the consideration these facts, information that YTB is going to block the scrutiny of the bill on judicial system does not correspond to the reality", the Deputy Chairman declared asked by UNIAN journalists.
M. Tomenko also stated that YTB specialists have prepared the propositions to this bill, aimed at the independent status of the judicial system, and have the intention to defend them.
